Caroline approaches landscape design with the client experience at the forefront, creating spaces that linger in memory long after they’re first seen. A University of Georgia graduate in Landscape Architecture, she delights in crafting outdoor environments through layered plantings, lighting, and materials. Based in Atlanta with her husband, new baby girl, and two dogs, she spends her free time on long walks, tending her urban garden, and volunteering with a nonprofit supporting children and teens who’ve lost loved ones.

James finds excitement at the crossroads of technical precision and creative expression. A University of Rhode Island graduate in Landscape Architecture with a minor in community planning, he blends problem-solving, material expertise, and plant knowledge to create engaging landscapes. Now living in New York City, the Nantucket native enjoys exploring with his dog, capturing moments through photography, and escaping back to the island whenever possible.

With a strong foundation in the built environment, Vladlena brings clarity, balance, and thoughtful precision to every project. A graduate of Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, she joined the team in 2020 and has focused on designing landscapes that enhance well-being and everyday experiences. Inspired by how people connect with their surroundings, she creates spaces that feel intentional, harmonious, and welcoming.

Growing up between Hong Kong and Sydney, Jacqulyn developed an early appreciation for how landscapes gather people and hold memories. She began her career at an award-winning Sydney firm before refining her craft on high-end residential projects in Connecticut and New York. Since joining the team in 2025, she has focused on multi-scale projects where art, nature, and material expression meet.

Grounded in the way people experience outdoor spaces, Sarah designs landscapes that support daily rituals, moments of pause, and lasting connections. A 2024 University of Georgia graduate in Landscape Architecture, she gained early experience with high-end residential firms in the Atlanta area, refining both her design sensibility and collaborative approach. Sarah focuses on elevating residential landscapes, working closely with clients and colleagues to create spaces that feel thoughtful, welcoming, and memorable.

Matthew brings landscapes to life through visualization, translating ideas into immersive, thoughtful representations. With an MLA from Florida International University, his work is grounded in an appreciation for natural forms, materiality, and the interplay between ecosystems and the built environment. Outside the studio, he enjoys riding bikes, playing pickleball, and exploring local natural areas and beaches with his wife and two kids.

With over 20 years of experience in administration, business management, and construction operations, K Doyle serves as the backbone of the firm. Since joining in 2023, she has streamlined systems with clarity, structure, and a keen eye for detail. Previously, she held senior roles in Construction Operations and served as a Lead Administrator for the Town of Nantucket, honing her ability to manage complex, evolving operations. Based on Nantucket, K enjoys island life with her husband and two children, traveling, beach weekends, skiing, and is a self-proclaimed Turophile.
