Between stillness and movement is where our work begins. Each landscape is shaped first by observation — of light, landforms, and how we move through space. Native flora, natural materials, and intentional lines of sight form the foundation of environments composed to invite pause, movement, and quiet discovery.

Founded by Miroslava Bartko, Miroslava Land + Design is a landscape architecture studio based on Nantucket and working throughout New England, including Boston and New York. We create landscapes that balance intuition, nature, and human presence, where indoor and outdoor living flow seamlessly and every environment feels both grounded and expansive. Every decision — from grading and spatial organization to plant selection and materiality — is deliberate and responsive to the site, resulting in layered, purposeful landscapes that feel naturally integrated and support daily living.
